Terms and Conditions
Operator. WESSII Shop is operated by Wess Import Investments LLC. Sales: shop.sales@wessii.com. Order, return, refund, and warranty support: shop.support@wessii.com. Corporate telephone: +1 833-544-6611.
1. Scope and eligibility
These draft terms are intended to govern purchases from WESSII Shop when production commerce is authorized. Browsing alone does not mean that every provision has been affirmatively accepted. At checkout, the customer will be asked to review and agree to the terms applicable to the order. A person placing an order must have legal capacity to contract and authority to use the supplied account and payment method. Guest checkout may be available.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Customers must provide reasonably accurate information, safeguard account credentials, and notify support of suspected unauthorized use. The site may not be used for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, infringement, material interference, scraping that materially burdens the service, or security testing without permission. Access may be restricted for proportionate security, legal, fraud, or abuse reasons, with notice where reasonably appropriate.
3. Product information and technical compatibility
We aim to use images, model references, descriptions, and specifications that identify each product accurately. Customers purchasing HVAC or electronic parts should compare model numbers, voltage, connectors, dimensions, firmware, application, and installation conditions, and may contact WESSII before ordering. WESSII remains responsible for supplying the item accepted in the order and for remedies required by applicable law; this section does not shift all responsibility to the customer.
Installation, soldering, energizing, programming, modification, or diagnosis should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel where the product or law requires it. Those actions may affect eligibility for a voluntary return, but they do not automatically defeat a legitimate defective, damaged-on-arrival, materially-not-as-described, or WESSII-wrong-item claim.
4. Prices, availability, and errors
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Shipping charges and authorized taxes are shown before submission when an approved method applies. If a material pricing, description, inventory, or calculation error is found, WESSII may request confirmation on corrected terms or decline/cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected to the original payment method.
5. Order formation
- Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it and is not an order.
- Submitting checkout is the customer’s offer to buy under the displayed order details and policies.
- Payment authorization confirms only that the payment method may be charged; it is not merchant acceptance.
- Payment capture or an automated acknowledgement is not, by itself, final merchant acceptance.
- WESSII accepts the order when it sends an explicit acceptance or shipment confirmation, or begins fulfillment in a manner that clearly confirms acceptance, subject to any earlier point required by applicable law.
WESSII may verify availability, destination, compatibility information, fraud indicators, payment, and lawful fulfillment before acceptance. If WESSII cannot accept or fulfill an order, it will notify the customer, cancel the affected item/order, and return collected funds to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation while the order has not entered processing or fulfillment. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation is best-effort and is not guaranteed. If shipment has already occurred, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. There is no arbitrary hourly cancellation deadline. Send the request promptly to shop.support@wessii.com; WESSII will confirm whether the order could be stopped.
7. Payment
Stripe is the planned primary gateway. PayPal may be offered only if enabled. Available methods will be shown at checkout. The customer authorizes the selected processor to handle payment and relevant risk checks. WESSII does not prohibit legitimate payment-dispute rights. Contacting support first may allow faster investigation, but it is not a waiver of those rights.
8. Shipping and multi-origin fulfillment
Products may be fulfilled from an approved location in the United States or the Dominican Republic, by a U.S. third-party logistics provider, or directly by an international supplier. Not every product offers every origin or method. A disclosed international-supplier item may ship cross-border, and its approved method, charge, tracking, and delivery expectation may differ from domestically fulfilled products. See the Shipping Policy.
Carrier, processing time, transit time, tracking availability, rates, and customs allocation must not be assumed unless displayed for the item/order or communicated in writing. CUSTOMS_TERM = PENDING_LOGISTICS_DECISION. Any applicable customs, duties, import charges, or brokerage responsibility will be disclosed where relevant before purchase or according to the shipping method ultimately offered. This draft does not assign those charges to either party.
9. Delay or unavailable item
WESSII will use a reasonable basis for any shipping representation. If it cannot meet a disclosed shipment or delivery commitment, it will provide appropriate notice and the revised-estimate, consent, cancellation, and refund path required by applicable law rather than silently delaying the order.
10. Returns, return shipping, exchanges, and refunds
A customer may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery. An unused item must be complete and in resalable condition, subject to policy exclusions and inspection. Opening packaging alone does not automatically make an item non-returnable.
For a voluntary return—such as change of mind, a customer-selected wrong part, or incompatibility attributable to customer selection—an item may be ineligible after it has been installed, soldered, energized, programmed, physically modified, electrically altered, or damaged by improper handling. That distinction does not automatically apply to a legitimate defective, damaged-on-arrival, materially-not-as-described, or WESSII-wrong-item claim, which receives separate support review.
Return authorization and a WESSII return reference are required before shipment. For a voluntary return not caused by WESSII, the customer pays return shipping. When WESSII confirms a wrong item, damaged shipment, defective item, or other WESSII fulfillment error, WESSII pays or provides an approved return path; this does not promise a prepaid label in every case. The general restocking fee is 0%. Exchanges may be offered only when replacement inventory is reasonably available.
After WESSII approves a refund, its target is to process the refund within 5 business days. A payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post funds, and WESSII does not guarantee that posting time. See the full Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Return destinations and internationally fulfilled items
RETURN_ADDRESS = PENDING_OPERATIONAL_DECISION. Do not return an item to a sender, fulfillment, supplier, corporate, or other address unless WESSII provides that destination in written return instructions after authorization. A customer must not independently return an internationally fulfilled item to China or to the original sender.
12. Warranty framework
WESSII Shop does not publish a universal warranty duration. Applicable statutory/customer rights, the WESSII return/refund framework, any product-specific warranty expressly offered, and any applicable manufacturer warranty are distinct layers. Current product-specific warranty provider, duration, evidence, and public wording remain unverified. A defective-product claim can still be reviewed under applicable rights and policies without a universal commercial warranty. See the Warranty Framework.
13. Intellectual property
The site design, original text, graphics, and WESSII marks are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. A purchase transfers the purchased item as applicable, not rights in site content or third-party intellectual property.
14. Disclaimers and liability boundaries
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and non-product informational content are provided with reasonable care but without promises beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any production limitation-of-liability language requires jurisdiction-specific legal review.
15. Governing law and disputes
PROFESSIONAL_LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED. This draft does not choose governing law, venue, mandatory arbitration, or a class-action waiver. Legitimate statutory, court, and chargeback rights are not waived by this placeholder.
16. Changes
Terms applicable to an accepted order are those presented for that order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise. Future changes will be posted with an updated date and any notice or consent required by law; changes do not retroactively rewrite accepted orders merely because a customer continues to browse.
V1 business-rule date: August 19, 2026. Production effective date: PROFESSIONAL_LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED.
