Effective October 11, 2026. These terms govern purchases from WESSII Shop at shop.wessii.com, operated by Wess Import Investments LLC. The Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Warranty, Privacy and Cookie policies provide the additional information for their respective subjects.
Using the store
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and able to enter into the purchase. Use accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If you use an account, protect its sign-in details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful conduct, interference with its operation or unauthorized access to another person’s information.
Our delivery coverage is the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, subject to product and carrier eligibility.
Product information and compatibility
Review the model, part number, specifications, quantity, condition and compatibility information before ordering. Images and measurements should be considered together with the written description. Category illustrations do not identify the exact item supplied; the product page and order summary identify the item.
A component that looks similar is not necessarily compatible. Contact shop.sales@wessii.com if you need help before ordering. A recommendation based on incomplete equipment information cannot guarantee compatibility with an unidentified system.
We may correct an error in a listing. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will explain it and offer the appropriate choice, including cancellation and a refund for an order we cannot fulfill as agreed. We will not replace an ordered product with a materially different item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The final order summary identifies the product amount, discounts, shipping and any taxes collected before you confirm payment. Taxes are applied when required by applicable law; a displayed product price should not be assumed to include every destination-dependent charge unless expressly stated.
Card payments offered through the checkout are processed by Stripe. Available payment options are those actually displayed for your order. Your bank may impose its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees. Do not send full card details or banking credentials by email, contact form or chat.
A payment authorization does not by itself confirm that an order has shipped. If payment fails or an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will explain the status and release, void or refund an affected charge as appropriate. Any payment authorization hold may take additional time to disappear according to the issuer.
Orders and delivery
Check the order summary before confirming. An order acknowledgment records the request and does not mean carrier handover has occurred. We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as an unavailable item, an address outside coverage, a failed payment or a reasonably identified fraud concern. This does not permit keeping payment for merchandise we cannot supply.
Dispatch and transit estimates and shipping charges depend on the product and destination. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, delays and delivery claims. If a dispatch commitment cannot be met, you will be given the notice and cancellation or consent options required by law. We do not retain a right to delay an order indefinitely without your consent.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact support promptly to request cancellation. An order already handed to the carrier may need to follow the return process. Statutory cancellation rights for unshipped delayed orders remain available.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides a 30-calendar-day voluntary return window from confirmed delivery for eligible unused, complete products, with a 0% restocking fee. Customer selection or change-of-mind returns normally have customer-paid return shipping. WESSII bears the reasonable necessary return costs for its confirmed errors or defects. Defect and warranty claims are assessed separately from voluntary returns.
Safe use and warranties
Follow the product’s instructions, ratings and safety precautions. Work on mains power, power electronics or HVAC systems can be hazardous and should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel. A product listing does not authorize work that requires a local license or certification.
Any additional written product warranty is governed by its disclosed terms and our Warranty Policy. These terms do not disclaim implied warranties where the law prevents such a disclaimer or remove a statutory remedy for a defect.
Website content and external services
WESSII’s site content and branding, and other rights holders’ materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the information to evaluate and use a product; you may not misrepresent our branding or reproduce protected content for unrelated commercial purposes without permission.
An external link can take you to a separately operated service with its own terms. An external service’s terms do not replace the obligations WESSII owes for a purchase from WESSII Shop.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain personal information and website storage. Necessary order, payment, delivery, security and support communications are distinct from optional marketing. A purchase or support request does not by itself enroll you in promotional communications.
Problems, applicable law and changes
Contact shop.support@wessii.com or +1 833-544-6611 to resolve an order problem. Include the order reference and a description rather than unnecessary sensitive information.
Applicable U.S. federal law and applicable state law govern the relevant purchase and rights. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable protection, a remedy for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or your right to use an available consumer authority or court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights.
The version shown when you place an order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. We may update terms for subsequent purchases and display the effective date. A later update does not retroactively reduce rights for an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
