Cookie Notice

Effective October 11, 2026. This notice explains cookies and similar browser storage at shop.wessii.com, operated by Wess Import Investments LLC. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and local storage do

Cookies are small records saved by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include session storage and local storage. They can remember a cart, maintain a sign-in session, preserve a preference or associate an order with its referral source. Not every visitor receives every record: some are created only when you use the relevant feature.

Store operation

WooCommerce uses the following standard cookies when their related functions are used:

Name or family Purpose Standard lifetime
woocommerce_cart_hash Detects changes to the cart Session
woocommerce_items_in_cart Records whether the cart contains products Session
wp_woocommerce_session_* Connects the browser with its store session and cart information 2 days
woocommerce_recently_viewed Supports a recently viewed products feature when used Session
store_notice* Remembers dismissal of a store notice when used Session
wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* Maintains an authenticated account session Depends on the account session and “remember me” selection
wordpress_test_cookie Checks whether the browser accepts cookies for sign-in Session

Lifetime is the standard feature setting; a browser may clear a record earlier, and updates or configuration can change its behavior. Cart and account records are used to deliver the requested store functions. Blocking them may prevent a cart or sign-in from working correctly.

Order-source attribution

WooCommerce order attribution uses the sbjs_* cookie family to associate a session and an order with its source, landing page or campaign. Standard Sourcebuster records include sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_udata and sbjs_migrations, which are session records, and sbjs_session, which normally lasts 30 minutes.

Their purpose is source attribution and measurement, separate from the operation of a payment or authentication session. This information can be recorded with an order. A session-based lifetime does not mean that information already recorded in an order is deleted when the browser closes.

Payments and security services

When you interact with a Stripe payment option or a security service, that provider may use cookies, browser information or other signals to protect the transaction or detect abuse. Provider behavior depends on the payment feature actually used and is described in its privacy information. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We do not describe every third-party record as a WESSII advertising cookie.

Your controls

You can inspect, block and delete cookies and local storage through your browser’s privacy settings. Controls normally apply to that browser and device; use them separately on another browser or device. Clearing website data may remove a cart, sign you out or reset a preference.

Deleting browser storage does not delete a completed order or information that must be retained for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Contact shop.support@wessii.com for a request about stored personal information.

A purchase or support request is not permission for optional marketing. Where a law requires consent for a category of storage or recognition of an opt-out preference signal, that legal requirement applies. Do not rely solely on a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal as a universal cookie control.
